Mystery Paper Doll

I bought this cut paper doll on eBay. The seller said it was part of her mother's estate. It appears to be punched out from a birthday card, probably from the late forties to mid fifties. At first I thought the party dress belonged with a different doll, since it has feet at the bottom that do not align with the feet of the paper doll. But the arms fit perfectly, and the feet on the dress are scored for easy removal. (See back detail below.) So probably the card was structured in such a way that the doll's head showed above the collar of the party dress when the card was closed, but her feet didn't.

The party dress and hat are embossed, but the other pieces including the doll are flat.

If anyone can identify the company that published this paper doll, please contact me at terikpettit@gmail.com. It is similar in style to the Valentine Cut-Out Doll Book by A-Meri-Card.
