1850 Census of Morgan Co., Ky, lists as family #172:
Abram Ellington, 57, farmer, Ky; Mary, 47, Ky; Mary Downing, 15, Indiana; Cynthia Downing, 12, Indiana.
According to Sheryl Warren, Abram & Mary were in the 1860 census of Morgan Co. and the 1870 census of Menifee Co. In 1880 Mary was again widowed, living in Menifee Co. with her daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Oliver Perry Wells. I have not examined these records. |
