I can't find Margaret or her son John William and daughter Elizabeth in the 1880 census. (John William should be 5, Elizabeth 3, and Margaret 21.) I've checked Rowan and Elliott counties.
Her gravestone has her birthdate as 1857, but she was listed as age 1 in the 1860 census of Rowan Co. |
