1860 Census of Carroll Co., VA, Gladesborough P.O., lists this family as:
James B. Quisenberry, 42; Sarah, 41; Mildrid, 16; James C., 15; Elizabeth, 13; Andrew J., 11; Tabias, 9; Delitha, 8; Eliza J., 4; Thomas W., 3/12. All born in VA. Note that Mildrid, James, and Elizabeth are all listed as two years younger than one would expect from the 1850 census. I am assuming that the ages from 1850 are more reliable.
1870 census of Carroll Co., VA, Pine Creek district, Hillsborough P.O., p. 129, lists as family #225/231:
