I cannot find a death record for Amanda, unless she is the Amanda Perkins who died 6 Jan 1964 in Madison Co., residence same, at age 86. The implied birth date would fit, but I know of no reason for Amanda to be living in Madison County in 1964. Jesse died in Rowan Co. in 1968.
