by Nettie Scheriner-Yantis, footnote #160 on page 268, reads "The will of Samuel Flummer probated April 1845,
Tz Will Bk 2-300. States that he is 76 years old. Names his wife, Elizabeth, sons William and Solomon, sons-in-law
George B. Clark, David Tabor, Allen Justice, and Constantine Adams. (The latter married his daughter Nancy.)
Allen Justice married Elenor Flumer 6 Sept 1825 in Tazewell Co., moved to Auglaize Co., Oh, where he is listed
in the 1850 census: Allen Justice 47, b. Va; Eleanor, 43, b. Va; Samuel, 23, b. Va; Hiram, 19, b. Va; Maria, 14,
b. Oh; Martha, 13, b. Oh; George, 11, b. Oh; Ludema, 9, b. Oh; Mary, 7, b. Oh; Elvira, 5, b. Oh."
(According to online posts by several Tabor/Flummer descendants, "David Tabor" should be Daniel.
