| Juanita Blair lists Pleasant as being born in Johnson Co. in 1832, but it wasn't formed until 1843. So she must mean an area that later became part of Johnson County, probably Floyd. |

Harris, P. H., 27; Clairesa, 21; Wm. F., 3; John J., 2; H. C., 5/12; Amanda J., 6. All born in Kentucky.
Amanda being listed at the end would usually suggest that she is a niece or other relative of Pleasant Hayden rather than a daughter, but according to Juanita C. Blair, her direct descendant, she is a daughter of P. H. and his first wife Virginia Kendall.
1870 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Christy Creek precinct, lists as family #35:
