The Kentucky death index lists Harve Howard, age 91, died 13 Feb 1971 in Elliott Co., residence same.

I cannot find a death record for her. She may be the Mary E. Brown, age 19 born Jan 1881 in the 1900 census of Elliott Co, daughter of Thomas Brown and Nancy Hill. On the other hand, I cannot find the 1900 census reading for Harvey Howard, so if they were already married in 1900, then she will not appear in any census year with her parents.

I cannot find Harvey in the 1900 census. (The Harve Howard born Dec 1874 is a different one.)
