Nickell, male, died 15 May 1857, age 14 years, cause of death fits; R. Nickell, female, died 10 Oct 1857, age 9 years 0 months, cause of death scarlet fever.

1870 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Christy Creek precinct, lists as family #45:
Nickell, Fowler, 50; Julianna, 12; Minerva, 10; Samuel, 8; Epperheart, John, 11; Annie, 2. All born in Kentucky.

In 1880 she was living with her daughter Louisa and son-in-law John Parker, with her marital status listed as divorced.
