I have not found this family before 1880. They are probably no relationship to my Halls. I am keeping them in my database only so that I can avoid confusing their descendants with my Hall relatives.

1900 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Pine Grove precinct, enumerated 13 June, lists on p. 9B as family #195:
Hall, Allen, 57, farmer, b. March 1843; Jane, wife, 58, b. Dec 1841, married 39 years, mother of 11 children, 9 living; Bertha, dau, 19, b. July 1880; Wm L., son, 18, b. Apr 1882; Adron D., son, 14, b. Sep 1885. All born Ky Ky Ky.
