1900 census of Morgan Co., Ky, district 6, enumerated 2 June, lists on p. 2A as family #20/21:
Brown, Charles, 27, b. Sep 1872, farmer; Carry M., wife, 19, b. Apr 1881, married 4 years, mother of 2 children, 2 living; Burtie, son, 2, b. Nov 1897; Sallie, dau, 1, b. Dec 1898. All born Ky Ky Ky.
The son Burtie should be a daughter.
I cannot find either Charles or Carry in the 1910 census. They may have moved out of state. If so, with Brown being such a common name it would be difficult to identify the family. But they probably died, since their daughter Bertie was living with another family as a servant.
