Sarah McLurg, 78, b. Penn; Josiah, 40; Jabes, 38; Jane, 31; Emily Thomas, 16; Eliza Ann McLurg, 8. All except Sarah born in Ky.

There is a ditto mark after Emily Thomas, as if Thomas is a middle name, but McLurg is repeated for Eliza Ann, which is what is usual when the surname changes, so it is unclear whether Emily’s surname is Thomas or McClurg.

The preceding household is their son Robert, age 38, the one before that is their son Alexander, age 44, and the following household is their son John, age 55.
