The Kentucky birth index lists Elizabeth Clark, born 5 Oct 1920 in Bath Co., mother’s maiden name Rose Shout.

I cannot find a death record for her, but she probably died in infancy, since her mother died one week after she was born, and she is not listed in the 1930 census (unless it is with another family.)
