Her death certificate records Mary Ann Peyton, age 1366 years 4 months 8 days, birthdate blank, died 6 June 1931 in Piercy precint, Rowan Co., farmer, married, born in Wolf Co., Ky, parent fields blank, cause of death suden death heart attact, informant John A. Peyton.
The age fields were apparently misinterpreted as the birthdate, and what appears to be 1366 is most likely meant to be 1866.
